Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority.

We’re seeking experienced Auto Adjusters to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll investigate automobile claims by reviewing police reports, gathering witness statements, verifying coverage, and determining liability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to helping customers navigate challenging situations with confidence and care.

• Partner with assigned reps from fraud or subrogation areas to achieve best outcome.
• Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
• Identify customer needs and meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it.
• Apply intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department.
• Handle investigation regarding all aspects of auto claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with discretion and independence within increased level of authority.

• Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 – $74,350.00

Base compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes base pay plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
