Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (California Experience Required)
Location:
Work from Home (Must be located in California)
This is a fully remote position. Prior workers’ compensation adjusting experience is required, including taking statements, issuing lost wage payments, completing state filings, denying claims, handling subrogation, and managing litigation.
As a Workers Compensation Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of our clients. You will communicate with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys.
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
- License and state experience in California and have your SIP.
- Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
We provide office equipment and ongoing training and support from our home office.
The salary range is $60,000-$100,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
