We are hiring senior-level bodily injury claims adjusters with commercial auto and commercial trucking experience.

• Maintain claim metrics accurately.
• Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned.
• Establish facts of loss, conduct coverage analysis, investigate, determine compensability/liability/negligence, coordinate medical care, manage litigation, assess damage, negotiate settlements, identify potential fraud, and use authorized vendors appropriately.
• Perform timely reserve analysis and report completion.
• Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor other adjusters, and assist management as requested.
• Ensure file handling complies with state statutes, client guidelines, and best practices.
• Perform additional miscellaneous duties as assigned, including travel.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2‑year degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of prior claim adjusting experience, preferably in the relevant line of business.
• 5+ years of heavy litigation experience.
• Active Adjuster’s License required.
• Must be willing to obtain a Florida Adjuster’s License or other required jurisdictional license.

• Ability to negotiate claims and direct litigation with attorneys and arbitrators.
