IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Management Liability Senior Claims Specialist who can work in any IAT location. This hybrid role includes office work Monday through Wednesday and optional remote work on Thursday and Friday. You will manage Claims for Private and Non-Profit businesses, ensuring compliance with operational policies and handling all claim levels effectively.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of claims management experience. Exceptional coverage analysis and negotiation skills are essential.
