Responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and adjusts and negotiates claims within the limit of authority.

• Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company and the industry to assess coverage, liability, and damages.
• Conduct investigations for all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence in a high‑authority environment.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate bodily injury claims where applicable.
• Identify vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage.
• Recognize customer needs and deliver appropriate customer service solutions.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and establish appropriate handling strategies.
• Leverage Adjuster II level experience or transition into specialty roles such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler.

• 2+ years of experience handling attorney‑represented bodily injury claims.

• Knowledge of Colossus claims system preferred.

Base compensation is determined by experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commission or bonus.
