Liability Claims Examiner – General Liability & Auto BI (Litigated & Non‑Litigated)

License required. Dedicated client. Responsibilities include adjudicating complex customer claims, determining benefits due, and ensuring ongoing adjudication within service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements.

• Analyze and process claims through well‑developed action plans to achieve appropriate and timely resolution, investigating and gathering information to determine exposure on the claim.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond promptly to carrier requests.

• 3+ years of claims management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification applicable to line of business preferred.
• Jurisdiction knowledge:
  Nationwide.
• Preferred licensing:
  Texas or Florida.

Marlton, NJ. Hybrid schedule – 2 days in office, 3 days work from home.

• Starting pay range: $85,000 – $95,000 (subject to skill set, experience, location).
