Zurich North America is looking for an RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster to join their Rural Community Insurance Services team. This position is based in Minnesota and Wisconsin, where the adjuster will conduct field inspections, record crop damage information, and ensure timely claims processing. Applicants should have a High School Diploma with at least 6 months of experience in agriculture. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
The role offers a flexible schedule with the possibility of remote work, targeting an hourly rate of $22.40 to $30.87 with a 5% short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
