Our growing independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys managing relationships, providing consultative service, and handling accounts from submission through renewal.

• Manage a middle-market commercial insurance book of business from A to Z
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships
• Coordinate renewals, remarketing efforts, policy changes, and coverage reviews
• Prepare submissions and market accounts with carriers
• Analyze coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Handle endorsements, certificates, audits, claims support, and policy servicing requests
• Collaborate with producers, carrier partners, and internal team members to deliver exceptional client service
• Maintain accurate account documentation and agency management system records
• Identify cross-selling and coverage enhancement opportunities

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Experience servicing middle-market accounts
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages including Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability
• Ability to independently manage a book of business with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier marketing platforms
• Active Property & Casualty License preferred

• Competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 DOE
