Job Description
Ideal candidates have prior injury claims experience and bring strong analytical and negotiation skills, along with the ability to confidently manage claims within authority limits while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, as we are hiring for multiple openings within our auto claims organization including both initial and extended handling. We are seeking candidates with prior claims experience—specifically those with a background in material damage claims and/or attorney-represented bodily injury claims. In this role, you will manage complex automobile claims by conducting thorough investigations, evaluating coverage and liability, and assessing damages to drive fair and timely outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department.
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise of discretion and independence within an increased level of authority.
- For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims.
- Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage.
- Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
- Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
- Applies increased experience at the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.).

Compensation offered for this role is 56,000. annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
