Auto Field Adjuster , II, or Sr National General

National General is a part of The Allstate Corporation, offering a range of insurance products through a network of independent agents.

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. The role supports the Raleigh, NC territory and focuses on collision‑related claims, requiring an active adjuster license and strong negotiation skills. A company vehicle is provided.

• Demonstrates sound estimating fundamentals in creating estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within authority limits.
• Applies sound understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Builds functional relationships with both internal and external customers.

This job does not have supervisory duties.

• Field Auto Consultant I: $26.49/hr - $40.99/hr.
• Field Auto Consultant II: $28.03/hr - $43.70/hr.
• Field Auto Sr Consultant I: $35.82/hr - $50.24/hr.
• Field Auto Sr Consultant II: $37.98/hr - $52.84/hr.

Base compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable.
