Senior Commercial General Liability Claims Representative | Remote

Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Liability Claims Consultant to join their team due to continued growth within their claims department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of moderate to complex including litigated commercial liability claims across the United States. These claims may involve Slip and Fall, Premises Liability, Auto, and Bodily Injury losses. This individual will oversee all aspects of the claims process, including investigation, exposure assessment, litigation management, and settlement negotiation.

This will be a fully remote position!

• Manage a pending of 80 - 95 complex Commercial General Liability and Auto claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations by gathering evidence and conducting interviews.
• Evaluate exposure, establish appropriate reserves, and adjust as necessary throughout the claim’s lifecycle.
• Develop and execute effective action plans to drive timely resolution.
• Demonstrate strong litigation management skills, proactively managing defense strategies, budgets, and outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements while balancing the needs of both the company and the insured.

• 5 – 10+ years of Commercial General Liability claims experience.
• Prior experience with an Insurance Carrier is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft reports, present to clients, and manage negotiations effectively.
• Base Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) plus 5 - 15% annual bonus.
