Sompo is seeking a Quality Control Specialist Supervisor for Crop Insurance to oversee compliance functions, ensuring timely completion and expedited claim processing. You will coordinate with various teams and supervise direct and indirect staff to ensure compliance with RMA rules.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's Degree in Agriculture or a related field, and preferably 2-3 years of experience in Multi-Peril Crop Insurance. This role may allow for remote work with occasional hybrid requirements.
