Position: Workers' Compensation Adjuster
Location: St. Peters

We are partnering with multiple insurance organizations seeking experienced California Workers’ Compensation Adjusters for fully remote contract opportunities supporting a variety of claim programs, including municipal and public entity accounts.

  • Manage California Workers’ Compensation claims from investigation through resolution
  • Conduct compensability investigations and administer statutory benefits
  • Coordinate with defense counsel, nurse case managers, and medical providers
  • Manage litigated claims, mediations, and settlement negotiations when applicable
Ideal Background
  • Indemnity claims handling preferred
  • Experience managing litigated claims
