We are partnering with multiple insurance organizations seeking experienced California Workers’ Compensation Adjusters for fully remote contract opportunities supporting a variety of claim programs, including municipal and public entity accounts.

100% remote work environment (CA residency required) - ✔ Multiple account options including municipal/public entity programs
- ✔ Opportunity to support established TPAs and carriers
- ✔ Stable claim environments with experienced teams
- Manage California Workers’ Compensation claims from investigation through resolution
- Conduct compensability investigations and administer statutory benefits
- Coordinate with defense counsel, nurse case managers, and medical providers
- Manage litigated claims, mediations, and settlement negotiations when applicable
- Indemnity claims handling preferred
- Experience managing litigated claims
