About the Role

Our client, a growing wealth advisory firm, is hiring a detail‑oriented and service‑minded Client Service Associate to support day‑to‑day life insurance underwriting and servicing, investment account servicing, client service operations, and annuity processing. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance and wealth management client service professional who can step in with strong operational judgment, manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and keep complex client, advisor, insurance, and internal workflows moving with accuracy and follow‑through.

This is a strong long‑term opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a collaborative financial services firm and be part of a team that takes a coordinated, relationship‑first approach to serving clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the life insurance underwriting process, including applications, medical exam coordination, APS requests, carrier follow‑up, and policy issuance steps
  • Prepare, review, and process client paperwork for new accounts, account updates, annuities, insurance, and ongoing servicing needs
  • Support investment account openings, account maintenance, ACAT transfers, money movement requests, and other service items
  • Coordinate with custodians, broker‑dealer partners, insurance carriers, vendors, advisors, and internal team members to keep client work moving forward
  • Track open service items, outstanding paperwork, underwriting requirements, and next steps to ensure timely follow‑through
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, documentation, and account‑related files
  • Assist with the preparation of client meeting materials and provide administrative and operational support to advisors
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for client service questions related to investment accounts, annuities, insurance, and paperwork
  • Help improve internal workflows, tracking systems, and service processes as the firm continues to grow
  • Over time, support additional operational workflows related to retirement plans, pensions, and broader planning needs as the role evolves
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in wealth management operations, client service, investment account support, insurance/annuity processing, or a similar financial services support role
  • Strong working knowledge of investment account servicing, client documentation, custodial processes, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance workflows
  • Exposure to life insurance underwriting, annuity processing, or insurance carrier workflows is strongly preferred
  • High‑capacity multitasker who can manage competing priorities, track details carefully, and adapt as client, advisor, and team needs shift
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and ability to quickly understand processes, systems, and client workflows
  • Professional, warm, and polished communication style with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Team‑oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable operating in an information‑rich environment where details and follow‑through matter
  • Interest in building a long‑term career within wealth management, insurance, and financial planning
  • Experience with Cetera, Redtail CRM, Black Diamond, custodial platforms, broker‑dealer systems, or similar wealth management technology is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; will consider candidates with strong relevant experience
  • Life & Health insurance license is a plus, or a willingness to obtain after hire
  • Investment licenses are not required; candidates with active licenses or an interest in pursuing investment licensing over time are welcome.
Why This Role
  • Stable, full‑time opportunity with a growing RIA and broker‑dealer affiliated firm managing more than $375 million in AUM
  • Meaningful exposure to investment and insurance operations, advisor support, and high‑touch client service
  • Collaborative team environment with mentorship from experienced professionals
  • Competitive compensation with annual bonus potential and profit‑sharing eligibility
  • Medical benefits, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, and summer Fridays
