Location: City of Syracuse
Byrne Dairy is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Claims Team Leader to manage the claims process within their Disability and Absence Claims organization. This role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction and team leadership, with responsibilities that include oversight of claims management and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and has extensive experience in Employee Benefits, as well as proven skills in team management and client relations. The position offers a flexible work schedule as either fully remote or hybrid.
