AXA XL seeks an Home Office Leader to drive performance and management of the E&S Casualty portfolio. You will oversee the portfolio, partner with underwriting and actuarial teams, and ensure profitable growth while maintaining guidelines and processes.
You will lead complex risk analysis, mentor junior underwriters, and represent AXA XL at industry events. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive E&S experience are required, with travel around 20% expected.
