• 6-10 years of claims handling experience handling lawyers, and/or architects, and/or engineers, and/or applicable legal experience.
• Juris Doctor degree preferred.
• Be responsible for primary and excess lawyers, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, and architects and engineers professional liability claims from first notice through resolution, including coverage evaluation and litigation management.
• Provide top-notch customer service through all interactions and communications, including with internal and external customers and business partners.
• Adhere to all statutory regulations and the Unfair Claims Practices Act.

• Be responsible for primary and excess lawyers, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, and architects and engineers professional liability claims from first notice through resolution, including coverage evaluation and litigation management.
• Provide top-notch customer service through all interactions and communications, including with internal and external customers and business partners.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners, including underwriters, actuaries, brokers, insureds, counsel, and senior management.
• Use your negotiation skills at mediations and settlement conferences.
• Identify and communicate industry trends.
• Adhere to all statutory regulations and the Unfair Claims Practices Act.

• 6-10 years of claims handling experience handling lawyers, and/or architects, and/or engineers, and/or applicable legal experience.
• Juris Doctor degree preferred.
• Prior leadership/management experience with claims is a plus.
• Adjuster's licenses are strongly preferred and will be required upon employment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, investigative, listening, and negotiation skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
