Segment (Twilio) is seeking a Claim Analyst 3 to join our disability team in Des Moines, IA. You will review, analyze, and decide on Life and/or Disability claims, applying strong analytical and communication skills to support clients through major life changes.
This collaborative role offers in-office, hybrid, and remote work options. You will mentor colleagues, manage caseloads, and provide guidance to underwriters and service teams, with a background in legal or medical terminology preferred.
