Support To Head Of Claims And Regional Claims Manager

Provide support to the Head of Claims and Regional Claims Manager in overseeing the Property & Engineering claims function, ensuring operational efficiency, timely and effective claims settlement, and fair resolution of disputes in line with the company's claims philosophy, while advancing the use of technology, data, and risk analytics to enhance decision-making and overall claims outcomes.

Your New Role
  • Manage end-to-end Property & Engineering claims, ensuring timely, fair, and accurate settlement
  • Provide technical guidance on complex claims and support effective dispute resolution
  • Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvements and strong governance
  • Leverage technology, data, and risk analytics to enhance decision-making and claims outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners
  • Support team development and promote a high-performance, customer-centric culture
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
About You
  • Strong technical knowledge in Property & Engineering claims
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with claims systems, digital tools, and automation platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives
