MAAC Insurance Agency is a growing insurance provider based in El Paso, TX, serving individuals, families, and businesses with a range of coverage options. The agency focuses on helping clients understand their health insurance choices and select policies that align with their needs.

This is a 1099 contract, hybrid role for Licensed Insurance Agents, based in El Paso, Midland, Odessa TX and Las Cruces NM with some flexibility to work from home. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting appointments to assess clients’ coverage needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Agents will prepare quotes, explain policy terms and conditions, and assist clients with applications, renewals, and claims‑related questions.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in agency systems, following compliance and regulatory requirements, and providing ongoing customer support. Agents are expected to collaborate with the team, meet sales and service targets, and represent MAAC Insurance Agency professionally and ethically.

• Must be an Insurance Licensed Agent
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage to navigate multiple carriers and match clients with suitable coverage options.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support clients, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals in a hybrid work setting.
• Must attend company events and product training when requested
