The Inside Auto Senior Consultant II plays a pivotal role in enhancing claim handling quality and consistency across the department. The role handles complex claims, provides coaching and technical guidance to team members, and supports Claims leaders and strategic initiatives.

• Manages and resolves complex claims by determining minimum coverage limits and claim value, explaining coverage decisions clearly.
• Trains adjusters handling low‑complexity, high‑volume claims on claim handling, customer interactions, and technical standards.
• Conducts training sessions to observe workflows and deliver actionable feedback, and delivers supplemental training on coverage analysis, negotiation techniques and customer communication.
• Reviews claim files for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Provides recommendations on liability assessment, documentation and resolution strategies.
• Leverages continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
• Fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence by collaborating on file quality outcomes and contributing to strategies that enhance performance, training materials, and coaching tools.

• 3 or more years of experience with liability and/or casualty claim handling is preferred.

During Training: IN OFFICE – Monday through Friday, 8 am‑4:45 pm

After Training: HYBRID (IN OFFICE & REMOTE) – Monday–Friday 8:00 AM‑5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday; 3 days in office (Mon–Wed), 2 days remote (Thu–Fri).

• Expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets, all within 60 days of hire.
• Must maintain all required licenses, including continuing education for renewal.
• Role offers a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for an active adjuster license in TX, FL, or the resident state.
• Current employees and former employees seeking rehire at Allstate or affiliates are not eligible for the bonus.

Annual salary range: $68,500.00 – $, based on experience and qualifications.
