Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Claims Documentation & Learning to shape learning initiatives and knowledge management within the Claims organization. You will document, analyze, and improve claims workflows, policies, and procedures, and build programs that enhance employee skills and operational efficiency.
This remote role reports to the Senior Director, Claims and may evolve toward hybrid presence in the metro area.
