The Colburn Agency, part of Farmers Insurance District 04, seeks two dynamic producers to join our team. After training, you will sell Property & Casualty policies to individuals and small businesses, follow up on agency-provided leads, assess client needs, and quote/bind with multiple carriers to maximize closing ratios.
We require an active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license, at least 1 year of sales success, and strong communication.
