The Gainey Agency is recruiting for a remote Client Support Agent to serve clients in the Nashville, TN area. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity within the financial services sector. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role that includes training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

What you’ll do Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products.

Provide general education on life insurance options and related protection products.

Assist clients in identifying coverage that meets their needs.

Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients. (Leads may be provided; no cold-calling requirement.)Training & support
