Active Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer’s License required. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license prior to hire.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Evaluating risk.
- Confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections.
- 2+ years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections.
- Current or prior call center experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable.
- High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 300
Mbps download/10
Mbps upload. Internet provider‑supplied device must be hard‑wired to the Hartford‑issued router and/or computer. - Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus.
Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates near Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX expected to work in office 3 days a week (Tue‑Thu). Remote candidates expected to come into office as business needs arise.
Training Program:
Start Date 8/24/26 Duration 13 weeks. Training Hours Mon‑Fri 9:30‑6:00pm Eastern. Post‑Training
Hours:
Remote Employee Mon‑Fri 11:30‑8pm Eastern, every other Saturday 9:30‑6pm Eastern, with Friday off. Hybrid Employee same hours local times.
Hourly rate $25. Potential to earn lucrative rewards including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay‑outs, sales incentives, and contests. Average monthly earnings $500+. Up to 10% shift differential for schedule, post‑training. Additional differential for bilingual (Spanish‑English) post‑certification.
Annualized base pay range $46,222 – $69,333. Actual base pay may vary based on performance, proficiency, and demonstrated competencies.
