Sr. Field Adjuster, Homeowner Claims - Tulsa, OK (Local)

Location:

Tulsa, Oklahoma (Remote position requiring local travel)

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims of moderate‑to‑high severity in the field and virtually.
• Meet with insured parties or third‑parties virtually or in‑person to photograph and inspect damaged dwellings, structures, and personal property.
• Determine the scope of repairs and prepare a repair bid using the Xactimate estimating system.
• Negotiate agreed repair costs with the insured and, when applicable, with Network Repair Program contractors or insured contractors.
• Follow the repair process to conclusion, ensuring services are completed to standards.
• Work with specialists to thoroughly investigate the cause of loss.
• Settle and pay for dwelling or other structure damages based on coverage analysis.
• Handle all correspondence to keep the file regulatory compliant.

• 6+ years of related professional experience with transferable skills.
• 4+ years claims experience, preferably homeowner claims.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Xactimate estimating system.
• Familiarity with homeowner policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record, or alternative transportation for site visits.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of field experience.
• Knowledge of home construction.
