Job Summary

Join a specialty insurance leader that delivers products and services for residential property. As a Senior Claims Examiner / Workers’ Compensation Claim Adjuster, you will work primarily remotely or onsite (preferred onsite) to analyze and adjudicate claims, ensuring timely and equitable settlement for policyholders.

• Review and manage workers’ compensation and related claims, conducting thorough research, evaluation, investigation, and negotiation.
• Investigate advanced, large‑loss, and complex claims promptly and equitably under minimal supervision.
• Analyze mid‑ and higher‑level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure ongoing adjudication within company policies.
• Review and adjudicate claims submitted for reimbursement that fall outside auto adjudication standards on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and policy requirements.
• Maintain accurate claim files and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications preferred).
• Veteran of workers’ compensation claims experience; knowledge of Nevada jurisdiction preferred.
• Active Adjuster license in Nevada (preferred, not required).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to work independently.

Remote or onsite (Preferred onsite). Salary range: $53,300.00 – $ annually based on experience and level.
