Zego is seeking a proactive Claims Handler in Halifax to manage motor claims from initial report through final settlement. You will assess liability, coordinate repairs, and protect the company from fraud, while delivering compassionate service to policyholders.
You’ll work with internal teams to gather evidence, speak with customers over phone and live chat, and keep files up to date. Training is provided; after onboarding you’ll split time between our Halifax office and remote work.
