The role supports municipality and public entity accounts, primarily in Texas, with a caseload around 125 claims and remote work flexibility.
You will manage end-to-end claims, apply liability analysis, and coordinate with defense counsel and vendors while delivering timely, high-quality service to clients and claimants.
