This is a full-time hybrid, or full time remote role for a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager headquartered in Brentwood, TN. We are offering a 4.5 day work week for this role. The role involves managing personal insurance accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, while consulting and adding value to the relationship with our customers. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring policies align with client needs, and providing guidance on insurance products and services to best serve clients’ interests.

• Expertise in Account Management and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Personal Insurance products and coverage options
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related insurance offerings
• Strong understanding of general Insurance principles and industry standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in both in-office and remote working environments
• Active TN P&C License
• Relevant experience with AMS
  360 and Agency Zoom are a plus
