How You Will Create an Impact Traveling throughout the state of New York- Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your assigned territory to ensure profitable growth.
- Bring our brand to life by ensuring consistent and impactful communication of our products and services to agents and brokers.
- Represent Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating the customer experience.
- Educate, coach, and train agents on underwriting procedures, philosophy, and products.
- Build and manage a strong submission pipeline aligned with production goals and business mix targets.
- Leverage market insights
, using your contacts to generate business, gather intelligence, and cross‑sell complementary products.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Ag/Farm, Auto, Property & Casualty products
, including product nuances, compliance, and risk management. - Proficient negotiation and insurance underwriting skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive within an ever‑evolving market.
- Sharp analytical skills to navigate financial statements and complex data.

The base salary range is $88,000 - $130,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. A company car is provided for this role. We’re proud to offer a range of competitive and comprehensive benefits packages.
