Auto-Owners Insurance in Montgomery, AL seeks an experienced Field Investigator to join our claims team. You will investigate, evaluate and determine dispositions for claims, meet with involved parties, and support branch associates as a training resource.
The role requires the ability to read insurance policies and manuals, write clear reports, and communicate effectively with agents and insureds. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; prior law enforcement is a plus.
