Kim Asay Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for an Inbound Remote Sales Team Member to join the agency team. As an Inbound Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you'll be a trusted resource for our clients—helping protect what matters most while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Deliver outstanding service by assisting customers with their Property & Casualty insurance needs.
• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and internet leads with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, service requests, and other account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general account inquiries.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their changing needs.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverages, cross-sell products, and provide new insurance quotes when appropriate.
• Proactively follow up on renewals, outstanding documentation, policy updates, and pending service requests.
• Support new business opportunities by educating clients on available products and helping them make informed insurance decisions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within agency management systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Agency Owner, Agency Manager, and team members to drive client retention, agency growth, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow Allstate guidelines, agency procedures, and all client privacy and compliance requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed agency performance expectations, including service, retention, and sales objectives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that values accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

• Must be:
  Personable, Genuine desire to WIN, Self-Driven with a Great Attitude
• An active P&C Insurance license in WA State
• We're looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping clients and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• A minimum of two years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Experience servicing and quoting personal lines insurance, including auto, homeowners, renters, and related products (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Proficiency using insurance agency management systems, CRM platforms, phone systems, email, and other technology required to serve clients efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• A professional, dependable, and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
• A dedicated, distraction-free home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
• A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality while following all agency procedures, compliance requirements, and privacy standards.
