Property Damage Review Specialist (Remote)

DIMONT is seeking a Property Damage Review Specialist to join our fully remote claims operations team supporting hazard insurance claims for mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors nationwide. In this role, you will review property damage and hazard-related documentation to identify insurable losses and help move hazard claims forward with accuracy and confidence.

This position is a great fit for someone with hands-on experience in hazard insurance, property preservation, or mortgage servicing who enjoys detailed document review and takes pride in getting the details right the first time.

What You Will Do

• Review photos, damage reports, weather data, police reports, and inspection reports using property preservation and REO systems to identify insurable damage
• Initiate hazard insurance claims with accurate, audit-ready documentation
• Secure insurance and loan information through client systems and communicate findings to the appropriate teams
• Respond to inquiries and support internal and external clients with claim-related questions
• Manage assigned work queues while meeting productivity and quality standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in hazard insurance, property preservation, REO, or mortgage servicing preferred
• Familiarity with property damage documentation and coverage review
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
