PositionNational General Insurance is hiring a Non-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to handle complex auto injury claims in Georgia and/or Florida. The role is ideal for an experienced adjuster who excels in a fast‑paced environment and delivers strong claim outcomes.
Responsibilities- Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, industry standards, and internal relationships.
- Investigate all aspects of advanced auto claims—including coverage, liability and damages—with discretion and independence within the authority level.
- Learn to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims for injury cases.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and identify potential property damage.
- Identify customer needs and meet them using appropriate customer service skills.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly.
- Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or consider rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.).

CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is:
Cons I: $53,500.00 - $86,400.00
Cons II: $56,000.00 - $93,250.00
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications; total compensation includes incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) when applicable.
