Pumpkin, a subsidiary of IPH, is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our remote team. You will respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media; process new enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks; and ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
The role reports to the Supervisor, Customer Care. The shift is 12:00-8:30pm EST. We value friendly, motivated individuals who deliver exceptional service and have a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
