Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Adjuster to join our team as a Desk Adjuster. This is a Hybrid position primarily focused on adjusting, negotiating, and settling insurance claims provided by our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry and a proven track record of successfully handling claims. All claims will be provided by our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust Claims: Review and assess insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement value.
• Negotiate Settlements: Engage with insurance companies to negotiate fair and equitable settlements on behalf of our clients.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, communications, and settlements.
• Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their claims and answer any questions or concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  Work closely with the InHouse Adjusting team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Public Adjuster or in a related role within the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Valid Florida Public Adjuster license preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using remote work tools and insurance claim management software.
• Availability: Must be available during regular business hours to manage claims and communicate with clients and insurance companies.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with earning potential based on performance and successful claim settlements.
