Zurich North America is seeking a senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to join our Northeast Region. The role supports hybrid work from Parsippany, NJ or Boston, MA offices, or fully remote from multiple states.
You will handle complex Workman’s Compensation claims with a customer-centric approach and operate within authority limits. The role requires deep claims and/or litigation management experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
