This is a full-time, in-office position in Bedford, Texas.

A fast-paced insurance service role where you'll own customer relationships from start to finish. You'll handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, coverage reviews, and problem resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience. Expect 30–50 customer interactions each day through phone, email, and text. This is an individual contributor role—not a management position.

• Hold a Texas P&C license
• Have 12+ months experience in insurance service, billing, or renewals

• $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps: $60K–$70K
