Job Description
- Complete a 20-hour health insurance training course to become a licensed agent.
- Copy data from provided leads to enroll them in health insurance plans.
- Communicate with clients via call, text, or email to answer questions, provide support, and follow up on leads.
- NO COLD CALLING. We only handle warm leads by people who have requested assistance
- Starting training pay: $20 hourly (1-2 weeks)
- After training pay increase: $25 hourly
- $1000.00 bonus after training and license.
- Applicants must have a clear record. No felony convictions.
- The role requires basic computer skills.
- We do not offer remote or work-from-home positions.
- Must be within driving distance of our Wilmington, NC office.
