Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster for a remote role across the United States, with exceptions including Hawaii and Alaska. You will manage complex auto casualty and litigation claims, including negotiations, settlements, and possible trials, while providing direction to defense counsel and maintaining cost control.
Requirements include 6+ years in casualty claims and 3+ years in a commercial/liability role, plus a valid Adjuster license or the ability to obtain one
