Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster - Remote. You will manage litigated casualty claims from intake to resolution, including negotiations with defense counsel, settlements, and possible trials, acting as owning adjuster for injury exposures.
Requirements include 6+ years in casualty claims, 3+ years in commercial litigation, a BA/BS in business or insurance, and an adjuster license (or obtained within 90 days).
