Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster for a remote position open across the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska). You will own complex auto liability and litigated claims, provide direction to defense counsel, and negotiate settlements with limited oversight.
The role requires 6+ years in casualty claims, 3+ years in a casualty/litigation capacity, a BA/BS, and an adjuster license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Bilingual abilities are a plus.
