Your Role

As a guardian of our select small business clientele, you'll be the cornerstone of their insurance experience. Your mission is to manage, consult, and grow a dedicated book of business. This involves:
- Client Relationship Mastery
:
Nurturing and expanding existing relationships through expert consultation. Your advice on coverage will be invaluable, and your skill in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities will drive our mutual success. - Operational Excellence
:
Efficiently managing renewals, document issuance, and all aspects of account servicing within strict timelines. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless operations. - Strategic Engagement
:
Handling non-renewals, cancellations, and renewals like a pro. You'll also flex your marketing muscle, preparing submissions that resonate.
- A seasoned pro with 3-6
years in commercial insurance account servicing
. - Proud holder of a P&C license
, with a deep dive knowledge of insurance products and documentation. - A tech-savvy individual with prowess in Word, Excel, Outlook
, and ideally, Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS
360. - An independent yet collaborative team player, open to continuous learning, with a college degree or equivalent industry designations.
