Sana Benefits is hiring an Underwriter to support new business underwriting for our small group level-funded product. You’ll evaluate risk, price appropriately, and collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, and Product to balance profitability with growth.
You will design guidelines, analyze risk factors, and help scale underwriting tools while working remotely with a distributed team across the US. This role requires 3+ years in underwriting, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.
