Position: Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator / Account Executive
Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday in office, Monday and Friday work from home)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch when working from home
- Flexible lunch schedule while in the office

A growing insurance and risk management organization is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator or Account Executive to join its Commercial Lines team. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, servicing commercial insurance accounts, and working closely with carriers to ensure policies are accurate and clients receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Service commercial insurance accounts by processing policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Retrieve and process policy documents through insurance carrier portals
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage and policy servicing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Support new and existing commercial accounts through day-to-day account management
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain policy information and resolve service requests
- Utilize agency management systems and carrier platforms to manage accounts efficiently
- Prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Account Coordinator: Minimum 1 year of commercial or personal lines insurance experience
- Account Executive: Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Epic agency management system or a similar insurance agency management platform
