About the Role:

As a Life Underwritng Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the administration and execution of our Life Underwriting Quality Assurance Program. You will ensure the accuracy and quality of data by reviewing new and renewal policies, identifying potential process improvements, and utilizing your judgment to make high-impact recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

• Quality Review: Analyze life new business and reissues with high attention to detail.
• Operational Analysis: Conduct broad reviews of insured operations using internal tools, websites, and underwriting documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Identify discrepancies, consider potential remedies, and recommend the best solutions.
• Collaboration: Assist team members with complex files and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for training and daily interaction.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze workflow procedures, compliance standards, and evaluation results.
• Decision-Making: A strong aptitude for problem identification and resolution.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with personal computers and related software.
• Educational Background: Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Commitment: Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and ability to meet production and quality scorecards following training.
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
• Start Date: September 8, 2026
• Hybrid Model: In-office Monday & Tuesday | Work-from-home Wednesday – Friday
• Work Site: 1000 Yard St., Grandview Heights, Ohio
