CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr. Examiner, Homeowner Claims Multi-State - Remote to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle homeowners claims across multiple states.
You will serve as the owning adjuster for assigned claims, coordinating with service providers and independent adjusters as needed. The role requires deep knowledge of homeowners policies, Xactimate, and strong written/verbal communication to explain coverage decisions and prepare customer correspondence.
