Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an entry-level claims trainee to join our team. You will handle claims under close supervision through the life-cycle of a claim, including investigation, evaluation and resolution, while receiving structured training.
The role offers a merit-based work-from-home program after initial in-person training, with opportunities to develop skills in estimating, negotiations, and loss adjustment, serving agents, insureds, and others throughout the process.
