• Independent processing and settlement of claims in the technical insurance division within the scope of the authority
• Specialized assessment of insurance coverage, the cause of the damage, and the extent of the damage
• Support in the creation of damage rental
• Collaboration with external experts
• Knowledge exchange within the team

• In-depth knowledge of claims settlement in technical insurance (focus on project and inventory risks) with at least 5 years of experience
• Ideally completed studies in insurance management and/or a comparable degree
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Negotiation skills, decision-making ability, and an independent, organized working style
• Fluent English skills in speech and writing are advantageous, as well as a confident use of MS Office programs

• Permanent employment in full-time or part-time at the Hamburg or Cologne location
