Responsibilities- Independent processing and settlement of claims in the technical insurance division within the scope of the authority
- Specialized assessment of insurance coverage, the cause of the damage, and the extent of the damage
- Support in the creation of damage rental
- Collaboration with external experts
- Knowledge exchange within the team
- In-depth knowledge of claims settlement in technical insurance (focus on project and inventory risks) with at least 5 years of experience
- Ideally completed studies in insurance management and/or a comparable degree
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Negotiation skills, decision-making ability, and an independent, organized working style
- Fluent English skills in speech and writing are advantageous, as well as a confident use of MS Office programs
- Permanent employment in full-time or part-time at the Hamburg or Cologne location
- 100% home office possible if occasional travel readiness exists
